I can’t connect any Alexa devices with honey anymore 
It seems that is has something to do with the latest homey update

I tried to restart the app and homey
Anybody has same issues ?

Same in the morning here, but already a restart of Homey and then a repair and new connection of the Alexa app over one of the Alexa devices, everything fine now!
Yeah, same here…
Till now I restarted already 4 times today 
It’s working now…
Let’s see for how long this time …..

I have to reconnect the Alexa app to Homey and it works but only for a very short while,

also getting this also myself not being able to reconnect. i tried but it popped up with this error.

Still ongoing here…
in my case it seems to be a server problem.
When my echos get disconnected i go to repair option and choose my European server.
After that it’s running for some time but keeps on disconnecting after….
Is this app still serviced?

Hello!
I have the exact same problem.
I do have around 50 devices connected via the Alexa app. So first I thought the amount might be too much so I deleted a few…
At the moment it seems that just the echo devices disconnect. All other devices work fine.
Any ideas ?

I’m getting same issue in last few days, reboot app and connect and withing 20-30 mins, it has lost connnection. Any ideas what has changed in last few days?
If you try and re-connect without restarting the App you get an error, after restart does reconnect but nothing seems to be working.
Tried disconnecting/re-connecting Alexa skill, signing in to each of the three servers. It seems to connect but within minutes, if not seconds, it disconnects.
I have the same problem.
Getting really frustrated with Amazon. Feels like there are problems every other day.
Please let us know if somebody solves the problem
The disconnections keep happening and the Echo devices remain unusable. It would be desirable for Athom to let us know something!

There is a conversation going on in the original app site. Seems a lot of people are complaining about this.
Would it be a good idea to go back to last firmware before the last update ?
I had some other issues after the last update

Ciao, the issue is widespread and at this point I assume Athom is aware of it. I can definitely rule out that it’s a localized problem, and as you correctly pointed out, the issue is due to the latest firmware update. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend attempting a firmware downgrade you might end up making things worse. If I may, I’d suggest the only sensible thing to do, if you haven’t already, is to report the issue to Athom, so we can put a bit more pressure on them.

Yes. I reported it to athmos already.
Apparently there is some maintenance work on the German server in progress….
Hopefully those issues will be solved.

that screenshot is the other homey app that can add echo devices called Amazon Echo. the one for this forum is the Amazon Alexa app.
i did try that re-visit that app when i couldnt get this one working. i also had an error at the time.
i had a notification pop up for the Amazon Echo app that it was updated today. the release notes mention the following:

tried logging onto the Amazon Echo homey app and works! the downside is that i’ve been primarily using this app. i’ve only set up a few things with amazon echo homey app just to do a comparison with this one.
so sounds like something has changed with amazon if the developer for the other app has got it to work. its early days so ill be setting something up temporarily for now. i might set up my flows with both apps and leave one as a backup. ill see how i go with time. i’ve got so much set up using the amaxon alexa homey app.
@luca_reina i can also see your screenshot is the other app Amazon Echo too. give it a try. just make sure you have the latest update.
hopefully its a similar fix to this app also once @Jamie has a chance to look at it.
