Hey everyone and specifically @vtr42
Today I woke up with a review from @vtr42 for 1 star, because the application doesn’t support something it never said it did support.
Victor this idea of negative feedback in order to get results, doesn’t work with pets and it doesn’t work with people. Especially people who are volunteering their time and efforts to provide a service (for free) to a community.
Especially when you should know better, if you can’t observe how something functions, then is is near on impossible to replicate and automate.
Reviews like this @vtr42 from entitled people complaining and making demands are exactly why
- Rarely publish/share my new apps to the appStore.
- I am happy to remove my apps when people cant read the instructions.
- Stop updating apps and adding new devices.
@vtr42 your review is the same as if I were to give France a 1 star review … with out visiting and because they don’t have the The Great Pyramid of Giza.
So rather then sitting back and throwing around negative reviews and complaints like @vtr42
Please read what devices are supported before installing. Or read the post on whats required (by athom) in order to add a new device Or … just uninstall the app.
Thanks
