The waterstop works! I can now also control it with the Homey 
The status update from the DoorProtects, is verry slow, sometimes it takes a minuut.
In the Ajax app it up to date.
When I added the system the first time, my TurretCam was Onvif enabled, now the message “veiligheid” is in the screen, and doesn’t go away.
Even when I tuned it off.
Motion is also not in the Homey.
Also the widget, shows there is a Alarm.
But the system is ok.
I can arm and disarm the system with the buttons.
The “Alarm” doesn’t go away 
Anny idea? 
Thank you for the logs! They do show an issue with the camera’s using too much cpu usage, which could explain the slowness of other reporting devices. I’m going to make some changes to the cameras and hopefully that’ll fix the other issue as well.

It takes a very long time for Homey to detect whether the Ajax door/window contact is open or closed. There seems to be a significant delay before the status is updated in Homey, while the status in the Ajax app itself updates almost immediately.
Are there other people experiencing the same problem? And does anyone know what could be causing this delay or how to fix it?

Just did the update, response from the doorprotect(s) is fast now.
But when pressing the doorbel the app crashes, see fc83889a-c60c-4d69-a312-680d000a0015
Update: it’s slow again
And still no messages from the doorbell and Turretcam, like motion detected and doorbell press.
let me know if I can test sommething.
The “alarm” message in the widget is gone

Update gedaan, Doorprotect statussen werkte weer snel.
Na indrukken DoorBell, het bericht kwam 1x door in de Homey
Daarna weer traag / geen updates….

Thanks, im currently trying to pin point the doorbell issue first and why it’s crashing the app. To be sure I dont see a doorbell press in this log, do I understand correctly the app crashed without a doorbell press?

Yes, you are right it crashed when I made “motion” in de garden (turretcam) and motion by the doorbell (no doorbell press)
Did a new test, opended some doors and made motion, after that i pressed the doorbell. Doorbell press came in the homey.

In a previous version this was not the case, if I remeber it well.

The app is working here, but I have no cameras (from Ajax) 
. Log’s show a few issues with the cameras so the issue is 100% a camera issue, could you try : https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.ajax.security/Ajax-Beveiligingssysteem/test/
Edit: just came back from America, so still a bit groggy but we’ll get to the bottom of this. I’m already very happy we have the cameras and doorbells working protocol wise. It’s now a question of tweaking and your logs are helping with that by a lot!
