Thanks for this app! I was trying to make my Sonos system say ‘Ding dong’ when the doorbell rings (because the Ajax homesiren chirp just sounds awful).
However the app can’t find any doorbell on my system. The account I’m logging in with has full admin access on the system and the doorbell.
Is this a known issue?
Hi there, unfortunately I don’t have a doorbell so i wouldn’t know. I assumed the doorbell was working after I fixed the cameras seeing as I got no more responses from people with the doorbell. If you would be so helpful to send me two diagnostic logs and maybe even do the extended one in settings of the app and send me a DM with it then I can help you out.

awesome, it’s been some guessing so fingers crossed I did that correctly.
I tested the flood detector with water, everything works as it should. The alarm is triggered and then reset as soon as it is dry again.
I also have the battery-powered interior siren (Superior HomeSiren Jeweller), wired interior siren (Superior HomeSiren Fibra) and the Aussensirene (StreetSiren Jeweller) tested, these do not work as they should. When an alarm is triggered, nothing changes with the device in Homey. No log entry is generated either. It stays with the values of importing the devices into Homey.
Or do I get something wrong?
@MikeTango I now also have the PIR motion detector (Superior MotionProtect Plus Jeweller) tested, this one works and everything is written into the log.
But the PIR motion detector with photo (Superior MotionCam (PhOD) Jeweller) does not work, nothing changes in the homey device and no log entries are made.

Anything that doesn’t work, could you try out the function and then immediately after make a diagnostic report (can be the one via homey). This will help pin point the issue.

Connection goes fine, but the app craches from time to time.
Anny idea what to do?
