could you also do the following, go to Ajax app settings → Diagnostics → Refresh → copy diagnostics and send me this info in a dm. It should not contain any sensitivite information but it might be best to send it to me directly instead of a post here on the forum.

As a result, the app no longer works.

I’m running into a issue with my Ajax double switch. (LightSwitch 2-gang)
I successfully added the switch to Homey using the Ajax(Homey) app. Unfortunately, I can only control the right side of the switch in Homey. The left side either doesn’t appeal of cannot be controlled separately.
Please help!

While you’re at it.. I’m missing the fire/smoke alarm went off trigger. Or is there another way? I only see the on trigger. Same goes for sabotage and burglar alarm. No ‘when deactivated or off’.

I am not getting the update of my alarm status in homey.
It is stuck on disarmed in homey even if I armed in Ajax.
What could be the issue? (tried to restart the ajax app, restart homey also).
Tried ping as default and ping as 1 min.
So Ill need a few things as mentioned in the start post;
If you run into a problem, please reply here with as much detail as possible, for example:
- Your Homey model and firmware version
- App version
- Which Ajax device or feature is involved
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Any relevant error messages or screenshots
Also could you make a diagnostic report when you change it. All is working here, so I need a log to see whats going on. Much appreciated.

Bad set-up on my end.
I did set up with ajax Translator protocol instead of SIA. Once done correctly it works well
