Hello, first of all, thanks for the work you’re putting into the app! It works better than ever :).
However, I’m running into a small problem. I didn’t follow the update steps. Instead, I installed the test version, re-added my charging station, and then deleted the old station and app. Then I discovered that my flows were broken, of course… Now I’d like to restore a flow, but I’m running into problems where I can’t automatically start a new charging session with my business card. Previously, I could select my cards from this dropdown list, but now it’s empty. Do you know how I can fix this?

Is there a reason why in the list with large consumers (grootverbruikers) the consumption of the Charger is not updated? I see the consumption in the “Energy usage” graphic so there is no problem with the connectivity.

Make sure you have the latest version

That’s it, you don’t get the usage then you probably have to remove and read the charger, it should expose a usage capability that is used by the Homey energy screen. This version supports it already since 4.0 so must be a upgrade failure then

Also check your advanced settings to ensure my custom setting to include in energy is set to true

Can you also use this app to pause charging at the station (after presenting the Shell card) until a moment of my choosing? I can’t seem to make it work in a flow. Once the session is stopped or paused, I have to present the card again. Thanks in advance!

As far as I know the portal doesn’t support this use case, so I cannot. Would love that so if you spot a method through the portal I will make it available

Checked and reinstalled 4 times but without any success.

Does your usage (in the device sensors) change while charging actively? Just like the energy sensor?

I see todays usage in the app

The top left one, Verbruik, does it change? So when did it last change right now, how long ago?
That is the value that should be active during a session in line with what your car drains.

I can see the power usage of the charger, but still no change

Indeed all requirements are working, no idea than why it doesn’t show in your Homey. It’s your honey updated to the latest firmware?

Can you check if you have all these capabilities?
Verbruik
Energie
Charging state

Then check in the energy dashboard:
Do you see the charger in the tiles below the house?
Do you see the charging state in that tile and if charing the Verbruik value?

Can you check in your metrics the Verbuik and Energie values for the last day (id charging happend)

I think there is an issue with showing “Energie”. Could that be the problem?

That is weird, indeed that one is required by energy dashboard. That’s relatively old fearure so surprised that it doesn’t work for you.

Please send me a new diagnostic report. Good find
