App Amazon Alexa not working

Hello all,
the App Amazon Alexa not working for using any Echo devices.

Let me describe what is not working:

• List item Having installed the App “Amazon Alexa”
• List item Try to add a new device (in that case Echo Show 15
  
  
• List item Asking for my Region
  
  
• List item Entering my credentials
  
  
• List item Receiving an error and nothing happens
  
  

Any idea or experience about that?
