Android APP 9.7.1: Updated variable value not show until after app restart

When I in the Android “Homey” APP update a variable (any type), press save and get back to the variables list the value of the variable still shows the old value. I can see live at my.homey.app (on a PC) that the value is actually updated, but I have to restart the Andoird APP to see the updated value.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

It’s working fine here. Have you tried clearing the cache for the Homey mobile app?

Thanks for the tip, but clearing the app cache made no difference. Still have same issue, with variables on both my Homeys (early 2019 and early 2023).

I’m able to create and delete variables, but in order to see the new value after an update requires that I restart the app. Inconvenient….

Just curious where in the web app can I see the current status/value of the variables, like in the mobile app?

Thanks.

You can click on Flows and in the top left corner there is a Variables menu.

Thanks. Knew about that, just wasn’t sure if that shows the actual current status/value as seen in the mobile app or just shows the default value as it was when created. Guess I could have tested it with a simple flow instead of asking :upside_down_face:

It’s the same as in the mobile app

This is working again now. Still Android app v 9.7.1. Nothing changed as far as I know. Strange…
