I am running Self hosted homey and all appears working but about every 3 to 4 weeks suddenly all the Zigbee devices stop responding, reboot and they all work again for about 3 weeks then stop again, anyone else seen this behaviour? One other point when I reboot I have to repair my alexas

Yes rebooting the bridge fixes the issue.
You might be able to use a WiFi smart plug (f.e. Tapo P100) and connect the Homey Bridge using the smart plug. Then you can auto-reboot the Bridge from a Flow. Not an ideal solution, but if it only happens occasionally, it should be fine.
