i have an a/c controlled by AirTouch 4 with can be linked with Alexa - I have the Alexa app on homey and the skills on Alexa is there any way I can control my ac via the dashboard ??

Not until you integrate the AirTouch 4 with Homey.
Afaik there is no App for yet.
