I looked elsewhere on line and it suggests settings for parameters 101 and 111 but there does not appear to be a way to do this in Homey

If parameters are not available in the advanced settings of the device, you can change the missing parameters via raw configuration.

You need much more “parameters” when sending an configuration parameter, raw data is for all possible z-wave commands, not just parameters (like the expert parameters) which is only 1 of the many possible command classes.
