When I try to add my doorbell, after logging in and giving all the rights to Homey to access the doorbell, a page with ‘you can close this windows now’ is shown. When I close this, there is another (Homey) window with ‘logging in to the manufacturer…’. This keeps on running and the device is not added. I’m new to Homey and want to decide if I will use it in the future. What am I doing wrong?
Homey Pro or bridge?
Try to restart the app and/ or bridge/ Homey Pro and try again.
Bridge… I´ve added it via the web app on PC, and there it worked…
