Works Great! All local! Had lots of issues with the power mesurement on the heishamon though, you need extra hardware thats already more expensive than just these 2 switches from shelly. Eventually I used 2 shelly gen 4 pm for this. Also the app Device Capabilities is great for creating the heatpump as a device inside homey. If anyone needs extra info into how this looks here I have pictures(Stuff with red lines is no longer in use):

What’s the situation? Since last week, I’ve had a Panasonic Aquarea T-Cap M-series 9 kW heat pump with a 300-liter hot water tank.
What a bummer when I discovered that I can’t access either device directly from my Homey Pro 2023.

My hope was to be able to control both the house and the tank during the day using the surplus heat from my solar panels.
Now, with some AI and my own research, I’ve come up with a theoretical solution for controlling the devices.

Our indoor unit is equipped with the optional CZ-NS6P PCB, which allows you to control both Smart Grid and Power Limiting.

I’d like to control the Smart Grid using a Shelly 2 Pro with two dry contacts, which allows me to switch four different settings:
heating on, heating off, boiler on, boiler off.

I’d like to control the compressor’s power limitation with a Shelly Pro dimmer (0-10V).
When there’s a significant surplus of PV energy, I’d send 10V to the CZ-NS6P.
When power consumption is high during peak hours, I’d send only 2V.
Another option, for example, during winter days when PV energy yield is limited, is to switch to 8V during peak periods.

Not sure about whats possible with your unit. I also used AI to find out what to do and how. I just have some basic knowledge.

I do not turn on/off the boiler/heating with the shelly, I just let the shelly smart plugs read the energy use. I use the heishamon to turnoff the heatpump. When connected with the correct cable, your allowed to set the on/off state or the mode(Cooling/heating/dhw(All combinations possible, so for example: auto & dhw, cooling and dhw, heating without dhw, etc..)) of the heatpump/boiler.

This are all read data I could get from the heatpump. Inside the pictures I send earlyer of the homey flows you can see how and which I used to read/write data to and from the heishamon. Allright, that all sounds good.

In my case, I could install the Heishamon in the Bibloc of the M-serie heatpump.

I’d combine the necessary and available data into an adv. flow with the instructions for the two aforementioned Shellys.

I’ve also looked into Tado-x, but that won’t yield the same results.

Now I’m mainly curious, so I’m doing some research on how to install and connect the Heishamon to my Bibloc.

Has anyone already done this, or perhaps can point me in the right direction?
