Do you have other Thread network devices because the Ikea hub can join that thread network and help with coverage
Ive tried Apple, Aqara, SmartThings and Ikea and none seem to show up in shs unfortunately
I know a few others have faced this error screen. Currently waiting for a reply from support who have asked me to confirm I have a thread network. I do but homey cant seem to see it.
Hopefully just an app glitch
