Sorry if this is a dumb question. I am wondering if there is a way to add devices like z-wave or zigbee if the specific devices don’t have a app associated with that manufacturer? An example is Zooz.
You can, if it is a simple device like a light just add it as a basic zigbee device (select homey when adding device) if that does not work you will have to make or modify an existing app, but you will need to write some software then.
Thanks. I wondered which would be better, zigbee or z-wave, to try. Looks like most of my devices are going to require the pro, that is, if the pro can bring them in any better than the bridge.
