Ik heb TP-link in huis met 3x Deco X20 en wanneer ik het apparaat wil toevoegen moet ik een hostnaam/IP en wachtwoord invullen.
Alle opties geprobeerd (tplinknet, 192.168.68.1 alsmede het IP-adres van de hoofd-Deco) en het wachtwoord van mijn Deco-app.
Telkens krijg ik als foutmelding-pop-up dat de gegevens onjuist zijn.
Deco heeft geen reserved IP-adres.
I have some Deco m9+ mesh routers. When I visit the IP of one of them using my web browser, I can login on the device locally.
If your X20’s work the same, this way you can check if the IP is valid.
When you reach the local login, test your password here. In my case it’s the same as my TP-link cloud account, but I don’t remember if this is default or that I just did this on purpose.
When you have the IP and the password, you can use this credentials to add them to your Homey.
I have the same problem but with the X50.
The solution as mentioned doesn’t work. I am able to login local with IP and password. But the homey doesn’t accept them.
I also tried all of the options mentioned before.
Any ideas?
