Really glad you made an app for Airstage. Is it possible to add more devices? I have a Airstage heatpump and it doesn’t show up when I log in. Maybe I’m doing something wrong.

Hmm, you’re not doing something wrong. I didn’t add those since I can’t test them myself :thinking:
(I don’t have a heatpump)

First of all, thank you for creating and sharing the Fujitsu Airstage app for Homey. It’s great to see progress on Airstage Homey App.

I’m running the app on Homey Pro (Early 2023) and wanted to report a reproducible issue, while also clarifying what works well.

What works:

  • The app installs successfully on Homey Pro.

  • During setup, the app is able to discover my Fujitsu Airstage system / devices.

  • Initial communication with the system appears to work up to the login step.

What does not work:

  • The setup fails at the login/authentication stage.

  • The app crashes with the following error:

require() of ES Module /app/node_modules/uuid/dist-node/index.js not supported.
Instead change the require of index.js in /app/lib/AirstageApi.js to a dynamic import()

Hi.

So happy for this app! I have a little problem though.

I have a flow that turns off relevant heating cables when ventilating my house. In addition, the flow switches the heat pump to Fan mode. The flow is triggered by the main entry door and/or the veranda door. When ventilating is finished and both doors are closed, the flow should, in addition to turning on the respective heating cables, turn the heat pump back to Heat mode, and set the temperature to 22 degrees. Everything works fine, except that the heat pump remains in Fan mode. Is there an error in my flow logic, or is there a bug in the Airstage app?

Hey - I am very happy with this app, but I face some issues after sucessfully integrating my module to homey.

After some hours the device is not longer reachable… I got an error message:

No valid response after 5 failed attempts. Last error: FetchError: network timeout at: https://bke.euro.airstagelight.com/apiv1/users/sign_in

A restart of the homey app fixes the problem, but although I wrote a flow to restart the app each x hours this should not be the correct solution. Anybody with the same issues and/or an idea how to fix it?

Hi @SRH , @samzzi , I’m having the same issue.

Installation and detection of all my AC units works out of the box.
The Insights like Temperature, Target temperature keep on working, but controling the AC units is failing with the above mentioned error.

After a restart of the App, it’s working again for some time.

I hope it can get fixed easily.

I’m also getting the same error: No valid response after 5 failed attempts. Last error: Error: Response status not 200: 401

Hello, i cant see/ add my airco when i am logging in.

What can i do? The airco works good with the airstage app

Hi all, apologies for the silence. I’ve done an update with some fixes and an improved install process. I hope this helps a bit with the reported problems. It’s still in test, I’ll see if I can start a publish next week. (a published version can auto update)

thanks a lot - I have the feeling the fixes are working for me. I will report other issues.

Do you see any Chance to integrate the External temperature as a value to get to Homey? Currently its displayed, but you cannot use it in flows or see it in the Homey App as a seperate value.

Added in the latest version (1.3.0). Now I’m waiting for approval first to get it officially accepted before I make any more changes :sweat_smile:
