4G router

I have connected my Homey Pro 23 to my 4G router and wonder how much data it is usin pr. day, is there any way I can make it use a lot less then normal without disconnecting it from internet? I have only my Aeotec Heavy duty smart switch and som light bulbs in use, do they use a lot?

Zwave/zigbee/Ble are local networks and can’t even reach your wifi;
And when you have wifi devices, Shelly for example, can be configured to use the local network only.
