With Rabbit R1 | Homey, you can use your Rabbit R1 as a powerful, context-aware voice remote for your Homey Pro.
Features
- Voice Commands: Send natural language voice commands directly from your R1 to Homey.
- Flow Integration: Use the specific trigger card “When R1 sends a voice command” to start any Flow and process the user’s intent.
- Dynamic Responses (TTS): Reply back to your Rabbit R1 using the “Send a response to R1” action card. The device will automatically read your custom response out loud using its native Text-to-Speech engine.
- Quick Setup: Simple two-step configuration using QR codes.

Getting Started
- Install the Rabbit R1 companion app on your Homey Pro (link below).
- Go to the App Settings page within the Homey Web or Mobile app.
- Under the “Install” tab, scan the first QR Code with your Rabbit R1 to install the Creation.
- Once the Creation is installed and open on your R1, switch to the “Configuration” tab in the Homey settings and scan the second QR Code to securely link your device.
- Create a Flow in Homey using the Rabbit R1 trigger card to start processing commands!
