WHY can we not have "zone has been (in)active for X" as an AND-card?!

I don’t want it as the trigger, I want it as a qualificator for another trigger. Lets say for example
WHEN “garage door opened” WAIT “20 min” AND “garage is still open” AND “garage(zone) has been inactive for 5 minutes” THEN “close garage”.

If I use “zone inactive for 5 min” as the trigger, this flow will start almost every 5 minutes 24/7, completely unneccesary - I only want it to start when the garage has been opened..!

This should only happen when the zone gets activated 24/7 as well.

Thank you so much for that app suggestion! I cannot fathom why athom does not let us use all conditions any way we want..
