Very simple calculations in flow - how?

Hi,

I’m searched this for a while, but haven’t found a good guide/explanation.

I’m looking to take a variable and adding a simple calculation such as “variable number - 1” = a new number.

Does anyone know how this can be done in a simple way in a flow?
