Check each Application using the Mobile app:
More… Apps - open app.
Are there Devices?
Are there Flows?
If both NO, AND it serves no other purpose for you … → Remove from Homey!
Though I have noticed that not all flows are shown on the app, even though the app is been used in flows. Specifically advanced flows.
