No, only true for devices Homey can control.
Sensors values and such aren’t possible to send to Homey per Scenes.

But, to control any Tuya device, there’s a working solution in place already:

Tuya has officially joined the “Talks With Homey” program

For (still) unsupported devices, and if they’re paired to the TuyaSmart / SmartLife phone app, you can install them as “Other” Tuya device [Screenshot_20240610-234735_Homey] and control them with an advanced virtual device and some flows. P.S. I’ve also added an ‘Other’ driver so you can send any Tuya code from a Flow. Hopefully this bridges the gap where some device type isn’t added to the app yet, but you’d still want to use it.
