Is there any way to add (supla) devices to the homey

With a few exceptions, every device needs a Homey app to be able to communicate with Homey.
However, you can submit a request to see if a random developer or Athom is willing to develop an app. You can find out where to make this request in the linked Welcome to the forum! post.
