Why not use a Samsung A9+ tablet for example;
With an 11" screen size, it’s much cheaper €264 vs €160, runs Android 15 and has a much higher res 1920x1200px (Shelly: 1280x752px).
It only needs some DYI to put the powerbrick into the wall box and mount the tablet.
