Hey.

I just got a Philips Hue Flux LED strip. And it seems the current version of the Philips Hue app does not support it. I’ve tried to add a new light device after adding the light strip to a Hue Bridge, but it doesn’t appear in the device menu.

Or is a better approach to add the light strip as a Zigbee device?

That’s strange, have you authenticated with the Bridge correctly?

Definitely not. The Hue bridge is way better for managing the Hue devices, since it can also update firmwares of the Hue devices (something Homey can’t)

Yes, homey and the bridge is connected. I’m really controlling other light devices and buttons.

Maybe it’s because you can set multiple colors in one LED strip (which isn’t possible with other Hue devices)? In that case, you need to report it to Athom

I’m not sure if it was a question about waiting a bit between adding the device to the Hue bridge and adding the device to Homey :man_shrugging:

Or if it was just me that did management to see the device in homey :man_facepalming:

I did management to add. And it is in non-colour mode today, just fyi, but yesterday it was in colour mode.
