- The developer did not set up a dedicated developer app thread like all others
- Small bugs I have seen:
a. The device Icon reports charging as 11W instead of 11kW
b. Set current limit to higher than 16A is not possible even if the circuit is 25A, it is possible according to their own API. - The biggest issue: NexBlue only give access to the charger and not to the Zen load balancer. This means that Homey cannot change the mode from solar surplus only to solar surplus first, etc. So you are forced to only start/stop the charger and leave the load balancer on Immediate (there is a Power Control mode that allows to switch between Homey and Automatic but it is undocumented, probably avoids clash in automation by Zen and by Homey).
- My two emails to them early July covered most of the above and were unanswered

I’ll bring this up with the development agency, thanks for sharing your feedback!
Regarding the Zen Load Balancer, the agency did receive a sample and has tested it. Unfortunately, NexBlue doesn’t currently provide a usable API for the device, which means there’s no way to integrate it with Homey at the moment.
The good news is that they’re looking into enabling API access, but unfortunately there’s no timeline for that yet.
Not every app has an accompanying app topic;
Adding a dedicated app topic is not mandatory, apps can get published without any form of support, at least this goes for community apps.
But not for official apps! A support URL or email address is required for those. But that doesn’t have to be a forum topic, it can just be any URL (f.e. the support page)
