Hi @robertklep @OlivierZal Thanks for replying guys. At least I’m glad that this is probably a known issue I also informed the company Aklima of this issue as they are the official service contact in the Netherlands. So they know it’s not only a UK problem.

Thanks @OlivierZal I also got a response from the Dutch service provider. They are aware of the problem and they’ve informed Mitsubishi Europe.

Update for whoever wants to know. Melcloud problems are now solved. At least in my situation.

Hi @Jan_Hoydahl , do you have an air-to-air or air-to-water heat pump? Because there’s a difference: air-to-water HP live consumption is available through the MELCloud API and refreshed every 3 minutes. Air-to-air HP does not provide live consumption, but only hourly consumption, so I calculate an …
