I have a homey pro and I am losing connectivity to LIFX and other devices such as Inovelli White switches EVERYDAY. I am absolutely having regrets investing in the garbage. I would understand if it were only LIFX that use WIFI or only Inovelli switches that use thread, but this is insane.
Have you already tried using this app instead of Matter for your LIFX lights?
Matter is very unstable, there are already many posts on the forum about issues with Matter. A “native” Homey app using Cloud or LAN is often better
try disconnecting from the cloud that really helped me
You mean the Homey? Homey doesn’t work correctly without internet access, it needs to refresh the token for the mobile app with the server every 14 days

I’ve gone through plenty of iterations of setup to get MoT working so happy to help rule out some possibilities for the issues
Im using unifi udr se with ipv6 enabled on the iot vlan. There are 4 wifi6 unifi AP throughout the house. The connection is wifi through my IoT ssid with all matter devices and homey on enhanced IoT 2.4 ghz. Ive had the honey pro a week and have had to re-pair most devices daily.
Client isolation has been disabled and multicast to uninicast is disabled. I also have a atios console that is hardwired into iot vlan that also experiences matter disconnections so im not convinced its an rf related issue.
Make sure your 2.4ghz band is set to Wifi CH1 and bandwidth is on 20mhz or you get a lot of interference
If you’re using a separate Zigbee controller, make sure that’s on CH25
is mDNS configured correctly and IGMP Snooping turned off?

I have about 15 inovelli white series switches running thread. 1 atios connected via ethernet running matter and about 30 lifx with matter over wifi.
