Livolo EC device support in Homey

Has anyone info about the livolo ec gateway communication with their switches? It seems it’s a zigbee like protocol, but littlebit different. I’d create an app for it, but somehow i need to know how to connect.
Alternatively i can create an app which is just connect to their servers make http requests(already did) but i can’t see how they update their mobile app if the phisical button is pressed

I understand from Livolo Netherlands itself that an official Livolo Homey app will be available soon! Finally hopefully it will come soon!

the app is available but still cant add devices i installed the app then tried adding a device, i log in to my divolo account in the pop up windows the. just says no devices available and closes

I want to know if other users have managed to get this working and how considering request for a Livolo app by users is an ongoing topic for the past 4 years . the support link is useless it just redirects to their homepage

I see.
I wrote what I wrote, because:

  1. To me this seem issues only the app developer can fix
  2. I found their email address in China in 2 seconds, following the support link. I assumed you can do that too :grimacing:
    So the support link is, imho, not entirely useless as you stated :wink:

OK here is an update, they did reply when i sent an email to the business development email address above. Turns out you have to setup your livolo gateway to their Asia cloud NOT the europe one for the homey integration to work.

Second point is that only their one button/one gang switches are recognised correctly right now and offer seamless usage in dashboards. If you add a 2 gang/2 button switch, you can control both buttons seperately but it is not as simple as just click on the icon in the dashboard. Also some flow cards are missing for 2 button switches : for example you have a toggle on/off card but only both circuits at the same time, no cards to toggle on/off circuit 1 and circuit 2 separately. there are flow cards for turn on and flow cards to turn off individual circuits so you can work around it with advanced flows but not the best solution. Lets hope they add more as they fine tune the integration since its a pretty new app.

Aside from that works well.

I gave them the feedback a while back and they have fixed the flow issue with 2 gang 2 button switches , now works perfectly.
