No, because the Smartware Alarm System uses it own 868 MHz frequency (I assume that the alarm center is the gateaway) and for theses devices there is no Homey compatible app available.
An alternative could be the POPP solar outdoor siren 2 if you already use Z-Wave actuators and your Z-Wave mesh and your Z-Wave mesh is able to build a connection at the installation location. I have this myself in use and am very satisfied so far.
