But if I want to use a voice command for Google (like ‘set the Intergas to 20) there comes an error that…

Try “change the temperature to 20 degrees”. Altering the command a bit can make the difference. I can get “couldn’t reach your thermostat” responses, but it adjusts the temperature anyway.
