It’s time to expand the number of icons that are available. For power users like those of us who setup our home automations the existing icons are fine. However, family members use these icons to help them understand the device they are controlling. Below are a few I hope you will consider including:
Coach Light (Outdoor)
Up Light (Outdoor) Lights that point up on the front of a home
Ceiling Fan Lights
It would be really nice if you could add your own custom icons… maybe a set size and dimensions PNG image upload perhaps?
Could even have a thread in the community forum where people could post their own designs to share with others if they wanted to.

It’s way to limited and limiting as well.
I want a flood light, e-scooter, different kinds of lights, you name it..
It’s super easy to create new SVG’s with Gemini for example just as long as we’re given
the possibility to change it and a set of rules for the image, less than 5kb, 200x200 pixels or 2 different renderings for light and dark mode and probably something else.
