The “+ New Zone” doesn’t work., in the top right corner of the “blue circle with the +” either. (Web version) and via the phone app it keeps asking for part of: Sessy / Growatt

Thats not possible…
Everything wil be below the root.
You named your root / home “Sessy / Growatt”
Everything will be below that.
Rename the root to your Home(y)
And create zone’s below like
- Sessy / Growatt
- something else…
- …
What text do you still have there? I don’t remember it. 
I tried: Home, Thuis, Homey….

I used to have a second floor, but I removed it, which was on the same level as my house. (Now Sessy/Growatt)
There is always one toplevel… if you want multiple… there is virtually one top-level above…
Now start reading my comment again…
If you just come up with something like this the next time: CountDown tellers zichtbaar maken - #12 by Peter_Kawa , it’ll be clear to me right away. You’re right, I’ve never seen it right.
