It’s great that the Energy tab shows us Electricity, Gas and Water, and I was wondering if it could also show Heat energy.
My home used to be heated by gas, but it was recently replaced by “district heating”, which means that heat is delivered to my home as hot water and it goes through a heat exchanger that heats my radiator loop and tap water as needed. My heat energy usage is measured by a Kamstrup device that knows the temperature of the water pipes and the water flow, and calculates and displays my usage in MWh.
I haven’t figured out how to get these numbers into Homey yet, but it would be nice to have this as part of the Energy system.
