It would really be helpful if the “GPS location has changed” had the option to set a number of meters/feet. This would make it much better for flows. Hope it is possible to add.

Second, you probably can use the logic cards for that, it’s the most usual way in Homey flows
like:
When…
some value of a GPS app has changed
And…
logic [numeric/text tag of GPS] is greater/less than xx
Then…
do something
