Flow or app to edit google or iCloud note

Hi all,

Here is an idea for an app.

Could someone create a app that allows users to say a command to google nest / Homey to edit or add a speech to text string to a specific or pre-defined note. E.g. Apple or google note.

I am thinking shopping list, movies to watch or list og things to remember. Etc.
