Flow logs?

Yup, I’m back again..

Where can I see flow logs?
I need to catch an issue I have with Ikea Fyrtur Blinds going up randomly in the night.
Problem is that normally you can see all flows a thing is part of, not with these.
I don’t see any activities either.

I set up the Audit app and hoped that it which show something..
But noooo..
They went down 23:53
It checks in and reports back due to the command 30 seconds later when it mentions 6 updates.
It does report that the blinds are fully closed (0%)

This is where I raised them manually.

So as you can see there’s absolutely no traces of them reporting between 23:53 and 03:53 and yet they are up at 3:53.

I’ve also exported all devices, flows and 24 hrs of data from betterstack and ran all data through Co-pilot and it only only finds 4 flows with them involved and 2 is up and down by Ikea Bilresa.
The other 2 is just up and down flows because there are several blinds and I just use the flow to close them at goodnight and open at Good morning.
Both these flows are controlled by other buttons and can’t start without the buttons being pushed and would trigger a lot more than just 2 out of 5 blinds going up in different rooms.

How can I see what triggers flows when the devices doesn’t report?

TIA!

Are these connected directly to to homey or via another bridge?

If they are connected via another bridge, maybe its controlled via tht bridge.

(I had that when my hue’s showed unexplained behaviour… it was the hue bridge that had some flows itself that I was not aware of)

You can add Simple Log log cards to relevant parts of flows.
Theres a script to do that automatically:

.

Instead of the bit of (apparent) sarcasm, you can discuss with the Audit app dev, if it’s possible to have flownames recorded as well.
This is how apps can evolve.

Probably just no one missed flowname entries up til now…

Yeah I thought so too..
They have been removed from ST by resetting them and deleting them from the ST hub but I was even going down the ghost routine route but I dismissed that after disconnecting the ST Hub and it still continued..:rofl::rofl:

I wasn’t sarcastic about the app or it’s developers..
I was very sarcastic about my blinds..
Would never complain about an app built by someone on their spare time for the fun of it
and on top of that with superior knowledge to mine.

DIdn’t even know Simple Log existed..
I’ll take a look at it, thanks!
