Curtains, rollerblinds how to and where to start

Hi all

I just joined the homey family. I want to invest in at least an automatic sleep and wakeup cycle.
SO next step, would be curtains / rollerblinds.
Where should I start? can I use my old once and automate them somehow with a simple motor. or do I need something special?

any tips would be nice!
