Control Yale siren and lightwaverf from harmony remote?

I’m thinking of buying a honey. Can I check if the following two scenarios can be handled by homey:

  1. When I arm my Ring security system, of there is a break-in (motion detected inside the house or door sensor tripped) can it activate, say, a Yale external siren? (Eg https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00MYB76LY/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_apa_i_OrxJEbJN5F4A9)

  2. If I have lightwaverf light switches, can my Harmony Elite remote control control it (hint: it can control smartthings, hue, lifx)
