Hello. I would like if it is possible to do. That when you highlight a line /connection in advanced flow it will change color, so it is easier to see where it is connected to

I don’t think that such an option is available at the moment. The only visible sign when hovering over a connecting line, is that the editor shows a round icon with an X, in the middle of the line, to enable you to remove the line.
In my flows it’s easy to see how the cards are connected, because I arrange the cards in such a manner that all lines run from left to right almost horizontally and almost never cross each other. And no lines run behind cards.
When flows get more (overly ?) complicated that’s quite hard to maintain… Unfortunately…
