Citroen, Peugeot, Opel (Stellantis) car app

Je ne comprends pas, please write english

Sorry the diagnostics is not telling me much as it only provides limited logging from the system.
I need to find a citroen which I can use the debug the code.
If there is someone willing to share their credentials (I know it is a much ask) I can see what is going on within the code and the response I am getting from the api

Hello, I’m having trouble connecting my Peugeot e-Expert electric vehicle. It worked fine with my previous, identical vehicle, but now I’m following the procedure correctly. The token appears (turns green), but when I try to add Peugeot in Homey, I get a 404 error.

Have a good day.

I get exactly same problem for Citroen. It worked in initial versions. But now not able to add Citroen. No device appear after successful login. Thank yoiu

I am also not able to get updates anymore from my Peugeot since the last two app updates.

  • I have removed the device and app from Homey, reinstalled the app and authenticated several times (authentication is successful);
  • My car is found when creating a new device, but it does not receive any updates;
  • Also several capabilities/sensors used to be available (like car status en whether the airco is on/off) in addition to the four default ones, but those don’t appear either;
  • Finally the new config/log fields (added in one of the latest versions) are all empty, while previously it would contain info.

Not sure how to proceed and whether this is an app issue or an issue with Stellantis’ API.

Hoi Martijn.

I’ve been using Homey since yesterday. I have a Peugeot e-5008 GT and was really excited to see that there’s a Stellantis app available. Setting up the connection went smoothly and I can see my car with various information in Homey. If I can help with anything as a non-developer, I’d be happy to hear about it!

Small question: Is it also possible to see the battery percentage instead of just the icon on the device card?

Hi all, sorry I was offline of the app development.
I am trying to figure out what is going on, I removed the app from my device and reconfigured and all is working for my peugeot e-208, so it is hard to guess what is missing

I must mention I had an issue with stellantis a while back and no data was provided, so this means it could be possible stellantis is blocking something.

In the latest releases of the app I did some finetuning for the authentication and supporting multiple vehicle but I also started with the remote commands. I am hoping this is not interfering with each other, but nothing I can see.
A new version is in test and pending for release

Please install and reconfigure the app by going through the steps once again.
I am clearing the tokens a little bit better, hoping no old tokens are still cached.
Thankfully someone is willing to share its credentials for his car, this will bring me towards a better integration for other cars.
If there are other developers who are willing to participate, please do and reach out. It will help a lot

Thanks for your work! I have reinstalled the app and reconfigured it. Is there a method to determine which data parameters my car supports?

Hey Martijn.

Thanks for your reply.

I’ve tried reinstalling with the new version 1.5, and this is the output of the PSACountry.

Stil not getting any data when adding the car, and the debug option in advanced settings is still empty.

Regards, Sebastian.

This is now how far I get.

But adding a new device is (still) unsuccessful. If there are any tips/tricks, please share.

Best regards, Jan

My observation is that the response time from the Citroen App is relatively slow. Homey Pro quite quickly returns the message that no vehicle could be found (earlier than what I experience as the response time from the Citroen App). Might it be that the Homey App decides too quick that no vehicle can be found? (Should it wait a bit longer for a response?).

Good news for the citroen drivers!
As a community member reached out I was able to see the issue with the Citroen
As we all know we write ā€œCitroĆ«nā€ and not ā€œCitroenā€, so this check has been updated and a successful connection with the car is made.
Test version is available

Hi Martijn. Thanks for this! I now have e.g. SoC, Operational State, Charging State, Range, et cetera of my Citroen :-).

Hi Martijn. Not sure if I am the only one, but in my situation there appears to be a difference between the SoC indication which I receive via the Citroen App and via Homey. The weird thing is that e.g. range and odometer are exactly the same comparing the Citroen App and Homey. Any suggestion?

Hi Martijn,

I entered the correct my… url and want to click on ā€˜Continue’ but nothing happens… Not in the app, not in Safari, not in Chrome. A known bug?

Thanks for doing this!

To be honest, I did not even check the difference between homey and the app :laughing:
But the number to app is presenting is what the stellantis API is giving back.
Please note the refresh in homey is around the 15 minutes, please check this after a period of time

The APP will not work, you the PC and browser to configure the app with the credentials
But I noticed during development the same, but I thought this was only due to starting and restarting the app that many times.
Could you retry by restarting the app and opening the configuration once again?
