I am certainly not one to condemn criticism of Homey or Athom. But you should remain objective and not reflect your anger on the members of the forum.
It is not possible to buy a smart home system that meets all requirements. The art is to combine different systems so that your own requirements are met. I use Homey, Conbee, Hue Bridge, Hubitat, Logitech Hub, Switchbot Hub, Home Assistant and LaMetric. Homey is the brain and controls everything. Only the combination and strengths of each system result in a powerful smart home.
Just having the Hubitat as headquarters won’t make you happy.
Some of the people here in the forum are specialists who know more about Homey than Athom itself. I would be very careful to call them fanboy or freak.
Personally, I’m a fan of the boys who are great homey freaks!
