since 2 days my buttons on my buttonplus don’t work anymore.
The button screens and leds are also off and when I operate a button nothing happens.
I have not changed anything in my config. i have already tried restarting homey and buttonplus app, restarting the config. soft reset/restart button on buttonplus itself. tying to set the correct config to the button again.
The strange thing is that since the same 2 days also the temperature does not change anymore.
the display on the other hand gives all the info and keeps working as usual. the leds and screens do work on the buttons because when I press the configurations must be reloaded you do get to see the leds and flash the screens on the buttons.
do you have any tips what i can try? i am on the latest software with everything as far as i can see.
when trying to add a new device (one more Button+) I unfortnunatly did something wrong (my two other buttons show a white display??).
So I reinstalled the app on Homey, but this way I lost my configurations in the app. I can restore the configuration via the backup on the Button+ website, but the app doesn´t get it? In the app, the button+ device shows no configuration..
I would be lucky if someone could help me with this two problems:

How can I restore a configuration via the Button+ website to the Homey app?
I don’t know about 1 as I haven’t seen that before.
For 2, unfortunately that’s not possible. The app does have it’s own backup and restore feature, but that has more information than the Button + backup.
