Hi everyone!
I’ve just published a new dashboard widget for Homey Pro: Battery Status Widget.
It shows the battery level of all your devices directly on your Homey dashboard — sorted by battery level, so you always see which devices need attention first.
Features:
- Shows all devices with a
measure_battery capability
- Color-coded:
low /
medium /
good
- Configurable thresholds (low/medium %)
- Option to show/hide device zone
- Option to hide 100% batteries
- Auto-refresh interval setting
- Multiple size options (2×2, 4×2, 2×4, 4×4)
Test version:
Feedback welcome!

Hi, ik ben nog aan het experimenteren met Homey, dus vraag ik mij af hoe ik dit in beeld c.q. werkend kan krijgen.
App gedownload en dan? Ben een echte newbwy.
You might want to translate your post into English, as this is the English section of the forum.
Normally you can add widgets of community apps to your Homey dashboard by:
- Going to the Dashboards section in the mobile app;
- Select an existing dashboard or create a new one;
- Tap the Add widget button;
- In the widgets library, tap the Apps tab and browse to/add the widget.
However in this case, the Battery Status Widget app is not included in the library somehow. Seems like a bug. Maybe the developer has a solution.
You can also use the built in widget for displaying the battery status on your dashboard.

The widget indeed is not appearing for adding to the dash yet.
I wonder what the improvements or differences are in relation to the built-in battery level monitor?
The app now uses ~70 MB.
