Yeah really, you happen to have stumbled on outdated info 
But not only that.
868MHz was marketed as available at pre-Pro 2023 models,
but it couldn’t be used, it was not enabled for some reason, or non z-wave 868MHz apps weren’t allowed idk.

Maybe @Dijker knows the story behind it.
I own Pro 2019’s, and there no sign of 868Mhz possibilities.
