Keep screen on: a switch in the front page’s Settings (under the pen) stops the tablet from sleeping while the page is open. It works best over HTTPS, as with the away-from-home address. On the home address it falls back to a silent video, which works on iPads and iPhones.
Dim: a slider in the same Settings darkens the whole page, for the night.
Both are saved per browser, so the hallway tablet and your laptop each keep their own.
Light Controls:
Widen the last tile: with an odd number of tiles, the last one fills the row. This is handy for a room’s lights grouped into one tile.
Clock, Locks and Doors, Activity Dots, Cameras:
Time format: 24 or 12 hours, whatever language your phone or browser uses. Automatic (the default) works as before.
This will probably be the last update before taking it out of test - unless something critical pops up.
I’m holding off any new widgets or major changes until a version 1.1.0 - which will probably not happen until mid to late November as I’m going away for a bit
But even though I’m not resonding to each and every suggestion/request I have it all noted:
A suggestion for the “day since” widget, a setting to only show yellow/red tasks.
I got some tasks with more than 30 days on the timer, which on most of the time will just take up screen space.
Put your keyboard down and go enjoy your holiday, if anyone has earned it it’s you dude… your work on this app has been outstanding… and I second that motion, those new chart widgets look sick!!

Just to make it clear - if you’re talking about the large/wide chart - and not the chart widget in general: You can make any widget you like span several columns.
I’ve pushed 1.0.3 for certification so it can be properly released.
When that’s done it will also make room for 1.1.0 in testing. If 1.0.3 gets out wednesday at the latest then I can push 1.1.0 before going away - but let’s see. I expect Athom being quite busy these days.
@ThomasRS Are you kidding? You are a genius! Omg Thanks! This looks absolutely amazing!
Btw is it possible to make some widget for security alarms? I have a virtual device, for my Aqara alarm, it works great from the tile, should be super cool to have it on the dashboard with your super beautiful widgets
First off, what a great app you build! I do have a question though. I’m running 1.0.3 and trying to recreate a dashboard I have in the Homey app itself.
It uses 2 widgets I developed myself but they display differently when I use the Web dashboard.
As you can see from the screenshots below they are a different height in the Web dashboard while the’re the same in Homey’s standard dashboard (which is how I designed them)
(The apps are not mine, I’ve sent in PRs to the app developers)
There’s some obvious differences in the BMW app too - so it might be enough to look at that. I’ll give it a go. Probably an universal thing across all widgets from other apps.
Had a look at it, and think I have a fix that I can include in 1.1.0. Still waiting for certification of 1.0.3 before I can push 1.1.0 though.
The reason is that the widgets measure their own content, and the BMW one has a picture as wide as the widget, so their heights depend on how wide the column is. On your iPad the column is about 365 px wide, on a web dashboard 440, so the car widget grows and the Peblar one shrinks a little. 1.1.0 adds two options: a Column width per dashboard (Narrow is a phone’s width, as on Homey), and Size as on Homey in another app’s widget settings, which lays it out at a phone’s width and scales it to fill the column. Either one should make the two widgets line up again.
