It seems to be a WhatsApp issue indeed. When I go to other settings that require an internet connection within my second WhatsApp account, I get warning messages about my internet connection. Strangely enough, I only have these issues with my second WhatsApp account. I’ve already checked a lot of settings (internet, mobile, dual-sim config, etc, etc.), but so far without success. I understand that your support ends here. Thank you so far. I will try to solve this myself or with WhatsApp support. It’s a very strange issue.

After the update, the “device is unavailable.” Is it true that the repair button has disappeared? If so, how do I get the connection working again?

in the webapp:

  • right click and press repair

in the mobile app:

  • settings wheel - maintenance - repair

This is a Homey Pro 2019 with version 12.6.1.
WhatsApp version 1.33.0.

By the way, I can’t add a new device either; there’s an exclamation mark.

With a paired device, WhatsApp syncs every so often. Now, after the update, it’s doing it very frequently, three times in a row. It’s been far too frequent the entire afternoon after the update. And I have send a diagnostic

Unfortunately, after the update (fix), I still don’t have the option to repair the device. Would completely reinstalling the app help? (I’d rather not, of course, since I’d have to repair quite a few flows :sweat_smile:)

during my post 1.33.1, now 1.33.2 but unfortunately no success yet
