Migrated Homey to 2026 today because of memory issues and WA App which crashed often. After migrating, unfortunately WA was still unstable. After uninstalling and re-installing WA App (2.0.0), connecting Homey went fine and it seems to be running stable now ![]()

- Send message via homey to another number → Works !

- flow → a new message has been Received → Homey mobile → Send message Whatsapp received to (ME) → No message

or is this testing flawed ?

@Rob_Reinderink enable that you want to receive notifications from yourself in the device settings. There’s a option for that

- That setting was already to yes.

When do you espect the new sdk?
The last few months I have that i need to fix Whatsapp a few times. Sometimes after a few days I think, I am missing something.
Because of this, I am now throwing Whatsapp away and I am going to Telegram, as they are working through Api and don’t have this issue with connecting again your telephone number. Need to create a new token etc…
I have used it more then a year without any issues, but this is just crap and don’t help you either.
@smv I hoped december, but it’s still not there. There’s not much I can do unfortunately, I tried fixing performance in october but that didn’t work out. I have not enought knowledge of the inner workings of the whatsapp sdk. Reinstall doesn’t work at all.
Tried to reinstall the app, reinstall the device restart hoomey and then do tge same. Nothing worked.
It seems that the app doesn’t work when you’ve been kicked out of it. The app will crash at connecting.

I also have problems with this app. I have a device that needs repairing, repairing crashes my Homey Pro 2023 needing a restart.

I did a reinstall of the app and added a device again. Now I needed to enter a code, no issues. Devices was created just fine and works like a charm. Ofcourse did need to recreate all flow cards using the device, lukcily I do not have a whole lot of them.
@elsinga next time (hope there wont be) you can use: [HOW-TO][Pro][Cloud] - Tool to FIX (advanced) flows after removing and re-adding devices
