@Stubblemonster can you check the device settings of the generic device and screenshot that here? ![]()
@Stubblemonster thanks will check this tomorrow ![]()
@Stubblemonster Do you have a type number of this product? maybe on the back of the device it self?
I don’t remember seeing anything on it but I’ll check in a hour when I get home - they SKU from Vesternet where I bought it is: SKU: ZF5201-5
OK, so nothing on the outside of the device, on the inside of the battery compartment lid there is the following code:
4BH2-10002
I can email Vesternet and see if I can get more information? This appears to be the device in question:
https://manuals.zwave.eu/backend/make.php?lang=EN&sku=ZF5201EU-5&cert=ZC10-15050015
I’ll have another look but the manufacturer code showed another product that the vision security ![]()
Will come back on it

@Stubblemonster I added the device based on the ID’s you provided. Can you install the test version and check if it works?
You can install the test version by clicking the link above and press the green install button
Yeah that’s it! It’s installed ok. I’ll have a play and see whether I can set up some scenes and then get it wet to make sure I get some feedback from it.
Thanks for adding so quickly!
New app update (test: 2.9.0):
- NEW: add ZS6411 (@Adam_Mayhood )
Hi @martijnpoppen
Thanks for a great app. I have Homey pro 2023. Yesterday I added some new devices. Flood sensors and a shock sensor registering as ZG8101. I noticed that all of them take a while befor they report battery status. Until then the Homey app (on iphone) crash when you click battery. This morning the shock sensor is still not reporting battery, but all the flood sensor are OK. I this a know issue, a new one, or do I have to wait even longer before it report the status. The image show the inside of the shock senor if that helps.
Thanks ![]()
Hey @Espen_H1
Most of the time it takes long as battery devices are in sleep mode mostly. So you could try to wake the device by triggering it. So for the shock sensor maybe shake it? ![]()
For the battery crash i’ll check that
Thanks for the quick response ![]()
Yes, I have been waking
it up. I give it another 12hours and let you know ![]()
Hi @martijnpoppen
Good news. The battery sensor is OK. Took about 18hr for it to get in. ![]()

@Espen_H1 Nice!
And thanks a lot for your donation!
Appreciated
Hi there!
Any plans for supporting the Vision Security Z-wave Keyfob? Looks quite convenient as a physical remote to control all sorts of things in homey.
@AxelS Hi
No no plans to include it yet. I don’t have access to such a device so without it is hard to connect it
@martijnpoppen It’s on sale here for only $4, so I am considering buying a few.
Are you interested in trying to add it to the app if I send one to you free of charge? If so, just DM me your address
No expectations - I’ll consider it a bonus if it is added to the app.
